I hope they catch the pr-ck driving that truck. Driver of car in fast lane should have moved over.

fastfredracing 06-15-2016 08:05 AM

Rule # 1 on the road, there is always someone nuttier than you think out there.
I HATE people who try to pace traffic in the fast lane, and I will ride up on them a little, but nothing like that. I always leave that cushion zone, just in case.
I saw two *******s in that video .. may they both get what the deserve ...

Eric Hahl 06-15-2016 08:08 AM

Umm, wow!

aigel 06-15-2016 08:14 AM

Haha!

"Let's be careful out there" means just move the hell over if someone is riding your rear. I always GTF out of people's way that are too close behind me. I would have sped up 20 mph, pulled to the right and have that truck on its way. Around here that usually is behind the next person ahead - much better place for them to be!

Let me guess, Florida?

Oracle 06-15-2016 08:19 AM

That is criminal action.
I agree, your own bacon, so move over!

Gogar 06-15-2016 08:26 AM

Looks like that fella in the truck let his inside voice get the best of him.

speeder 06-15-2016 08:30 AM

If the cops catch him, they should pay him to teach them the high-speed pit maneuver. They never seem to be able to do it, even at much lower speeds.

sand_man 06-15-2016 09:10 AM

Ah, the dreaded red mist. SHEEEESH! Some scary stuff out there!

aschen 06-15-2016 09:31 AM

guy in the truck is definitely the biggest douche bag of the two, but the guy up front isn't exactly completely innocent

Baz 06-15-2016 09:34 AM

All vehicles at fault.

Truck being main offender.

Leave your ego at home.....and bend over backwards to make things work.

Biggest issue I see is everyone is in "me first" mode instead of "what can I do to help my fellow mankind" mode.

wdfifteen 06-15-2016 09:40 AM

When violently aggressive meets passive aggressive ...
These two should both have their licenses revoked. It shouldn't be hard to get the trucks license plate # from the video.

creaturecat 06-15-2016 09:42 AM

i have had mouthbreathers try to run me off the road four times in one year. in this area.
the m.o. here? each and every time? troll along in your big truck, 20 km under the speed limit. when someone tries to pass, legally and safely, push him into the ditch.
once in the Prius, once in my Ranger, once on my motorcycle, once in the Porsche.
a company vehicle, in one case. Body and Soul. Kelowna. a big black hummer. with a steroid freak behind the wheel.
moving from hip Vancouver, to the land of the redneck has been trying. at the best of times, i gotta say. the for sale sign is now on the front lawn.

masraum 06-15-2016 10:03 AM

The trick did something criminal and psycho, but if the ass in the car had just moved over, he's still be whole and fine. They share the fault to some extent.

red-beard 06-15-2016 10:11 AM

This happened a 10+ days ago and was widely report

That said...George Carlin said it best: "Anyone driving slower than you is an idiot and anyone driving faster than you is a maniac!"

.

This has been covered in another thread already.....:eek::eek:

In a just world, the driver of the truck would be charged, but the driver of the car would get a ticket as well.

Just today, I was driving to town and fantasizing about doing the very same thing. I didn't do it, because I'm not a LUNATIC, but I bet even a *nudge* would feel really satisfying

flatbutt 06-15-2016 12:36 PM

Here in jersey we have a "keep right unless passing" law. The State gets ALOT of revenue from that one.

pdxfj 06-15-2016 12:41 PM

One of the reason I don't ride on two wheels much anymore. Tired of people tailgating me like that no matter what lane I'm in or how fast I'm going. Always someone who wants to play kill the guy on the motorcycle.
