I had a dream a few weeks ago that I got up to have a piss. It didn't end well.

Those cars are all a part of a dick swinging contest. Thus, he's searching for his lost mojo. Viagra or Cialis will stop those dreams. If it doesn't, please seek medical attention if the dreams last more than 4 hours.

The cars represent value.
Losing them represents situations in your (real) life are out of control or represents a desire to have better control in life situations.

Women often have similar dreams but instead of losing exotic cars, they often lose their purse.

I have noticed that different foods affect my sleep habits, and dream sequences. I just need to figure out what I need to eat for supper to cue the supermodel sex scenes.

Dreams are just your brain having fun. There is no meanings to dreams. It is like asking the meaning of where a leaf falls in autumn.
