Never heard of those - but I do like chipwiches! Been many,many years since I've had one. I've made homemade versions using Chips Ahoy cookies with ice cream as glue.

So apparently they ship- how does that work? Dry ice? How long can they stay frozen in the summer on a truck or plane?

They ship? I've only had it when I moved here. Back where I came from there was an Ice Cream Sandwhich from Coney Island (brand).
The local Costco also sells a box of 12 for 8.99. I prefer the chocolate flavor, but damn, those calories! |
The toll house one ricks too! But I think it's 1800 cal. That's too much for my fatty liver
