Have you ever had one? Vanilla or mint chip or coffee ice cream sandwiched in two oatmeal cookies dipped in frozen chocolate. It'll satisfy your craving for ice cream, chocolate and cookies all at the same time. Freaking genius! You can thank me later.

Never heard of those - but I do like chipwiches! Been many,many years since I've had one. I've made homemade versions using Chips Ahoy cookies with ice cream as glue.

How have i never heard of this? Do the oatmeal cookies have raisins?

So apparently they ship- how does that work? Dry ice? How long can they stay frozen in the summer on a truck or plane?

They ship? I've only had it when I moved here. Back where I came from there was an Ice Cream Sandwhich from Coney Island (brand).
The local Costco also sells a box of 12 for 8.99. I prefer the chocolate flavor, but damn, those calories! |
