A new top for the Boxster and a thanks to Onewhippedpuppy

I've been meaning to post but am just getting around to it. My wife and I are preparing to move overseas for a few years and are taking the Boxster with us, so I've been performing maintenance and making some improvements...

First, I just installed a new top which I posted about here I used the Pelican tutorial and was able to get the job done and looking pretty decent: ![]() ![]() At the same time, I installed new grilles that I bought from Onewhippedpuppy here. So thanks OWP, they were a cinch to install and while they accentuate the baseness of my base Boxster, they really look much better than the old faded ones: New on the bumper: ![]() vs Old on the bumper: ![]() and New on the car: ![]() ![]() Cheers everyone! |

Great! Did you happen to clean between the radiators and condensers when the bumper was off? If not, you'll be amazed how much crap collects in there and blocks airflow.

Admittedly, no, I didn't. I have a couple more things to do to prep it to go overseas and the bumper cover was pretty easy to remove, so I suppose I could take it back off and do that. Thanks for the tip...
