I'm pretty sure that this is the part of the show where Linus comes out and explains the true meaning of Christmas to Charlie Brown.

Or is it the part where Snoopy gets shot down and has to sneak back to his doghouse from behind enemy lines ? I'm not really sure, but I do know that sometimes when life seems to be getting one down, the last thing one needs is to be Lucy Van Pelted, win or lose.

I wondered how long it would take for the rest of the PARF gang to show up to take a shot.

I would guess that the guy who just showed up and posted in the thread (knowing that it had become a passing contest), just to get in a shot at someone they typically disagree with would be the biggest loser. Illustrates the point that I was making very well. Congrats! You win.

I just posted on the "copperhead thread" too. I really don't like them...and surely that must be as controversial as hot water heaters. You still have time to pop over there and post about me (instead of the topic) as you do often do.

lighten up fint.
Just because someone disagrees with you (or God forbid correct you) doesn't mean that they are attacking you.

Generally speaking...if they use your name...it likely is about you. If you are making a post about an OT topic that has nothing to do with you personally (say about electricity or a water heater) and a person makes a post in that thread addressing you personally, it is usually either friendly or an attack (especially when they do it on multiple unrelated threads). Any fool can tell the difference. Pretending otherwise is just silly. Especially when they later admit that was their intent. It might be funny if it happened once...but it happens quite often. Pretty cheesy if you ask me.

Why would you "correct me" and not expect me to respond? Are we limited to only posts here you agree with? You (and others) certainly have not hesitated to call me out by name and insult me. Please point out where I did that to you.

Looks like you are here too buddy...trying to pile on when you think there is an opportunity. I knew who would be "here" as well...and no one called you out by name, now did they? Pretty hypocritical of you, isn't it? At least I am responding, you are actively instigating.
