BTW, "I normally would let is go about 99.99% of the time."
Would that be, " I normally would let it go about 99.99% of the time." ?

;);)

Yep, a spelling error...not a grammar error.

Don't fear anything especially death. It's going to happen at some point.

I Do Have a rational respect for things that would cause Pain. Find pain not very much fun even when circumvented with drugs. So I avoid things that would obvisously cause pain.

Understand that people that have an underlying and perhaps unrealized fear of death usually transfer it to an irrational fear of something other than death, like snakes, spiders, etc.

4 years ago I stepped on a nail and got a MRSA infection. That is a infection that your body doesn't stop that they have no antibiotics that will stop it either. The flesh on my foot was dying and it was spreading. After 7 days in the doctor told me I should get my affairs in order because they were not finding anything that would stop it. Decided I didn't have anything to get in order. There was nothing I actually needed to take care of. They did find something to stop it on day 14 so continue doing what I can to enjoy life and help others do the same as I was doing before I stepped on the nail.

Once read a interesting article on dying, it may help people, it may not. And it makes sense whether you believe in life after death or not.

It talked about when you sleep the only sense of your 5 senses that shutting down is your eyes. Your brain uses that extra processing time to evaluate all the data input over your waking period. During sleep most people dream. The real time for a dream takes is only a second or less no matter how long the time span in the dream takes up.

Then the article talked about what happens when you die. How all five senses are shut down and yet there is still brain activity for several seconds. It is a common idea that your entire life flashes before your eyes and that takes less than 2 seconds. So here is this massively capable input and processing device with zero input that has already gone thru it's entire input and conclusions and has has nothing to do for 4 or 5 more seconds. Those few seconds could for you be an eternity. An incredibly long dream you don't wake up from. Depending on what you believe or the results from your life experiences that eternity could be spent in a dream that is heaven or hell, or maybe something different.

Very much so. But death is not the enemy.
