Another cop out of control, taxpayers pick up the tab

This needs to come out of their collective salaries and pensions; only when it bites them where it actually hurts will they get their act together and stop covering each-other's asses. Also: these are only the incidents for which there is video evidence; there could be hundreds more he-said/she-said incidents that went in the cops favor - or didn't get reported at all.
