				HFC accord in Rwanda

I just read about some accord reached to eliminate HFCs but it gave no details. Anyone seen anything more on this. Better get used to sweating because AC is going to get a lot more expensive.

R-134a chiller manufacturers are already posting that the refrigerant of the future for centrifugal and screw chillers is.... R-134a! It will be a long phase out before it trickles down to being unavailable. Just in case, you better buy a 30 pounder of R-134a to top up your automotive A/C with, because that is the environmentally responsible thing to do! (Green font)
