Another horse in the barn...
...it's a sickness. Rationalized with "different tools for different jobs".
Picked up this 09 Bonneville T-100 yesterday. Completely stock, only 6k miles. Bought from a retiree who isn't riding any more. Needs tires but otherwise, pure t & a. So, the RT will be for two-up, long trips and cold weather (just added a Sargent seat that was a marked improvement). The KS is and will always be my hooligan bike with insane power, handling and noises from God himself. The Bonnie will be for hot weather, relaxing country roads and no-frills, back to basics motorcycling. Loaded on the trailer yesterday afternoon for the haul home: ![]() And today in the driveway before our first 100 miles together: ![]()

Awesome! I think you'll have a great time.
I helped my brother find this 2009 America a month or so ago and he's really having fun. Would've preferred a regular Bonnie but this was really well maintained and had a ton of extras and the price was too good to pass on. ![]() cheers

For now. Rode it today since it was low 60's this morning. Don't have the time or patience to deal with CL and the endless parade of scammers. I ordered a custom short, vented windscreen from Cal-Sci that should be here this week. Perhaps that will help in warm weather. Also added a Sargent seat that has at least made my ass happier.

I had one for about a year. Great all around bike. Never a problem with it.

Love the Black version of these; was very tempted when I was looking for a bike recently.

Congrats, Mike. You should really enjoy that bike - everyone I know who has one just loves it. Perfect lazy day tootling around machine, with enough handling and brakes to not have to fight it. One of my "short list" bikes for sure.
