Fallout from the election has already hit me!
I kid you not... one of my tenants, named "Jose", fled to Mexico today. He was kind enough to leave the keys and garage remotes in the house. I just can't wait to go back home to the USA, then to Albuquerque to see the condition of the rental.

But Jose had a job etc. Not like the tens of thousands from the middle east who have no intention of working, claim benefits, then bring 15 members of his extended family over for the tax payer to look after.
