spoon scores today
Drove down to the Orlando spoonshow with a friend today. Sold my CZ 455 Varmint, bought a as-new-in-box Browning Buckmark Camper 5.5" model, and walked out with $75 I didn't have before.
![]() Then hit Gander Mountain on the way home - they had/have CCI Mini Mags on sale, $6.50/100, limit 5 boxes. Got 5. Horrendous traffic on turnpike and I75 combined with late arrival back in town means that I couldn't hit the range on the way home. Tomorrow ![]() ![]() |

Nice!!! I hate the way GM manipulates their supply of .22s. Was in there several days in a row back during the summer....big azz tables full, appearing & disappearing, other calibers too
![]() But I now have plenty of CCI ![]() ![]() |

A Bass Pro just opened in town, they had some Winchester SSHPs that are actually decent ammo at $5/50. Which I'll pay for decent ammo. But their bulk prices were stoopid high, not that they had any in stock. Local farm mom-pop-farm-lumber-hunting-fishing store that is VERY high priced (MSRP on guns and boats!) has bulk ammo cheaper...

Because of the spikes in ammo prices, I buy .22 in bulk any time I find it at a good price. Yeah, thats great, but I very rarely shoot .22, and I'm now sitting on 3000 rounds

That is only a 2-3 month supply for me, just for plinking ammo especially if my kids are involved.

Nice!
I haven't spent much time with a Buck Mark but it is on the list! Enjoy.
