Wait 7-8 quarters. CA RE might catch Ford stock and pass it on the way down.

An extra million would buy me so much wilderness that I'd never even see smoke from a neighbor's chimney!

This is why you sell now or wait it out another 5 years.

I just hope no one took tabs tips in economics back in 2003.

Nah, Maui real estate. Was there last year and the inflation on land on Maui was 750% LAST YEAR! Buy a piece of ground and wait 10 years and you could retire anywhere you wanted...

The Mythbusters tried to build one of those and couldn't get it to work, but it looked cool.

Assuming the intent of the original question was that you have a million dollars and you have to spend it on something frivolous...

If it was an extra mil I'd already have the house and land, so then I'd have a couple of things left, travel, cars, a couple of watches, lots of stuff, it would actually be really hard to prioritize stuff so I could decide what to buy. I'm sure I could come up with lots, and lots of stuff that I wanted.
