Cool little Documentary on Amazon Video

If you haven't seen it it's called, Porsche 911 by Studiokippenberger. A guy who works on the Bugatti design team has a backdated 1980SC. He has the car down to 820KG, which is 1800lbs!! Totally redesigned the shifter…and his house is AWESOME!!! Parks his car IN THE HOUSE! Enjoy.

He's saying if you have amazon prime, you can look up this particular video. I think this is part of it on youtube:

Kevlar panels are not simplistic

I just watched it on Prime a few nights ago. It starts with that portion, goes to the montage of him walking thru his house, getting into the car, driving it out, and then blasting thru the forest. Then it goes to the builder's office and the builder showing a series of photo's of the construction and modifications of the car.

I love the high butterfly EFI setup. Looks almost like slide valves.

I liked his removing of the gas cap access and relocating it under the hood (slight inconvenience when filling up)…no badges anywhere on the car…simple silver…very simplistic "looking", even with Kevlar panels
