Congratulations!! Heckuva milestone these days.
I left my previous employer with close to 20 years and started over. Been here ~10.5 years and am now about 10 years from full retirement. The light at the end of the tunnel is dim, but somewhat visible.

Wow, impressive! I've now been where I am the longest that I've ever been anywhere. I've hit 7 years, but won't techinically be 7 years until the EOY because I was contract for the first 6 months.
