Tablespoon or two full sugar powder Metamucil before bed moves everything along very well, clean up is very minimal too, don't like the sugar free or the generic brands.

I hear ya loud and clear! Me too! I've been taking this chit (Metamucil original course version / two tsp + 8 oz water right before bed) for the last 15 years or so. My wife would joke that I was probably the only Canadian tourist that needed to smuggle this chit in to Mexico while on vacation.......Montezuma's revenge aint got nothin on me!!:D
