I'll definitely listen to both Vash and JYL on Chinese cooking. You on the other hand, my dear Tabs, can teach us about cole slaw and other things that no one darker than a sheet grew up with.

I can not extol the virtues of Thrift Stores enugh. I suppose ifn youse is makin the big $$$ then it is a matter of the highest and best use of youse time. However you pay for it either with your time or checkbook. For instance....an All Clad 14 SS WOK is $192 at William Sonoma or $5 at a Thrift.

All-Clad Tri-Ply Stainless-Steel Stir-Fry Pan, 14" | Williams Sonoma

Right now I have 9 extra pieces of All Clad cookware that I don't need nor want. So it can be found.
