Cool Group buy, Tiller OR. $4M

Oregon Town For Sale for only $4 Million! (video)

And only 35 minutes to Surprise Valley OR. (Indian casino).

The aviation guys could build a landing strip.

The brewing guys could build brewery.

The growers could grow weed.

I'm guessing a nice curvy road to and from perfect for driving a Porsche.

What could go wrong?

Can you make it a Mustang-free zone, you know, for safety purposes?

Heck you could even produce an American version of Schitt's Creek.

Schitt's Creek

In CBC's sitcom "Schitt's Creek," a wealthy couple -- video store magnate Johnny and his soap opera star wife Moira -- suddenly find themselves completely broke. With only one remaining asset, a small town called Schitt's Creek, which the Roses bought years earlier as a joke, this once-wealthy couple must give up life as they know it. With their two spoiled children in tow and their pampered lives behind them, the Rose family is forced to face their newfound poverty head-on and come together as a family to survive.

First order of business, get a burgerville, Voodoo donuts, and a Stumptown coffee installed!

Starbucks will be banned.

Of course we will also need a fleet of Panamera's to shuttle people from the dude ranch to the casino.

Does that also include Alaska from Russia, and/or Louisianan Purchase from France?

Mustangs could be everywhere.

Ban all vehicles downtown Main Street on weekends.
Foot traffic only.

Add a festival.

It will become a local draw and local event.

^^^Well, except for Porsches. Don't ban Porsches. Sheesh, what kind of website do you think we're on?

Is there any smogging necessary is this place if we all register our cars there?

Hmmmmm what kind of town is the Pelican "utopia?" I'm just not convinced it would be an enjoyable place to live.

^^bawahaha, too true!

But there does seem to be a lot of large, potential shop like buildings available in town.

Could designate the far outskirts as PARF zone.

I'm in at this point, but make it quick as I just found a sweet spot here in central Az Im about to jump on in the mean time.

Cheers Richard

For cost savings, PARF could be next door to the waste treatment plant.

We need a motorsports park for a wide variety of track events.

Pelican needs to set up a warehouse there, with a customer counter.
