Would you buy this Mercedes SLR 722 S Roadster for $745,000?

Only 150 of the Mercedes SLR 722 S Roadster were ever produced. This rare Roadster contains a supercharged 5.4L V8 that produces 640HP with a top speed of around 208MPH. It is equiped with a 5 speed automatic transmission and can exceed 60MPH in 3.6 seconds. Luckily for you, one is for sale in Saudi capital of Riyadh for $745,000 with only 13,670 miles on it. Would you purchase it if you could? Share your thoughts with us below.

Nope, I don't like convertibles. Only coupes for me.

Really wouldn't be caught dead in that.

And before you say, "you can't afford it anyways", (which is correct), I know plenty of people who could and are even gearheads but with taste that prevents those types of purchases.

Hard to imagine that people purchased those things at a time when Carrera GTs were being made...

That car is ugly. I'd rather have a SL65 Black Series.

The Carrera GT is an ugly car too.

If I were interested, still no. You know some Saudi prince has been drifting it on their tarmac at 110 MPH.

I would literally rather drive a Camry than that.

If it was given to me, I would drive it. I would much, much rather drive that than a Camry. I'm sure it's a hoot and makes quite the crazy exhaust note, but there are much better Mercedes 2 seaters available.

like the AMG GT

or the slightly older SLS AMG GT with gull wing doors

or in convertible form if that's your thing

Those are all much more attractive

The SLS coupe looks like few other cars and much better in person than images!

It is a Bling Bling car that only Saudi/ Gulf State Princes, Russian Oligarchs, Chinese Billionaire Playboys, Mexican Cartel Dons, and other assorted Hip Hop Thugz from the hood with more money than they have sense would buy. Or maybe Turnip would have one of those. Park that beotch in the WH driveway...

If I had $745k of spare cash, I would buy a beach house, and put my 911SC in its garage. Really have no need for a $745k car...

Is there a warranty? CARFAX? How are the tires? Non-smoker owned?
