Sales Management Training

Anyone have a recommendation?

I have been in sales for 20 years, and I now manage a team of direct sales and distys. My employer has offered to pay for a sales management training (not sales training).

I'm looking at one from the American Management Association, but would love to have a recommendation from someone who has been to one of these.
