extremely newb question
I am wondering, I see on the bottom of some peoples postings they are including what cars they own, quotes, etc kinda like a signature. I edited my info on my "About me" in the interests section but dont see it showing up under my posts. Is there another way to do it? As you can see by my post count Im pretty new to this. Thanks!

I'm not sure all the user feature show up until you get a few more posts under your belt.
It should tell you somewhere in the User CP (upper bar at top of page) |

If I see a user with a similar vehicle (motorcycle usually) I can ask them a question about it via PM or look for threads where they have mentioned their similar vehicle. It's got a few uses. Not many, but a few. |
Thanks
I'll just be clear though. Most are in a project state as I have been in acquisition mode for the last little over 2 years. Figured I need to jump on these cars now before they all become unobtanium. But currently my 2002 is at the metal shop getting the rust repaired, getting a rollbar put in and having some mounts fabbed for a Blacktop 20v 4age that will be going into it. The 240z was the very first car that I purchased alittle over 2 years ago and its had its ups and downs and has been a big learning curve as it was my first bare metal restoration experience. Met some ****s on the way but now all the metal work is complete and have about 95% of all the parts. Just needs paint to commence but that has been stalled with all the new acquisitions. The 912 was gonna be the last one on the list for restoration but due to my recent acquisition of a 86 911 ex track. Its unfortunately gonna be listed for sale soon as a roller. The Alfa will be my first turn key car that should be in drivers condition. Just landed in Tacoma on monday from its voyage from the Land of the Rising Sun. Definitely not interested in tearing into as I wont let another summer pass me by. Just want to drive in and enjoy it this year as I restore the others. Cant wait for when my only decision will be, which car should I drive? as oppose to, which car should I continue pouring money into for restoration? haha |

Ditto on the nice stable. Would be interested in the 912 roller if you do sell.

I don't see why people post a list of all the cars they've ever owned in their sig line. I don't even care about the cars you own now unless it is pertinent to the thread. |
