I got Yelp to remove a bogus negative review without paying them, which is apparently unusual. I have good reviews everywhere I can find, mostly that stuff is like a protection racket though.

Is anyone really using those review sites?
Most reviews are bogus and I cannot understand anyone taking the time to write a review for a vacation or something, I mean ... who cares?

Yelp is the mob. They told me that if I pay them, they will remove any negative reviews.

I told them to get lost.

We have zero negative reviews anyway. Besides, any customer who needs to read an online review to make up his or her mind is a weak, low loyalty lead.

I get calls all the time here in Canada from the "Your Google crap needs to be updated" robo calls.
Even more that the calls about my merchant services.
Annoying, but as many have said you need to answer the phone when it is a business.

keep blocking their number and they will go away. I get their call once every blue moon now. I am nowhere to be found on the internet. Thank goodness for that. Don't need people talking about us, good of bad for that matter.
