My buddy Cash is selling the house near yours, listed $690 but is expecting an offer with a "7" in it. I've been looking at houses in SCV, man it's a sellers market out there!

Two doors down from me. Yeah, I know, his is less than an acre., mostly up-hill and not usable. 3 stories mine is one story with a pool and 18 acres (not really usable) , Go figure. $690 for mine without a realtor commission. So I'm sort of $25K or more ahead in realtor commissions.

Bought for $360K twenty years ago, put another $50K into it, I'll walk with $100K, in the into my new place with no mortgage. I'm a happy camper.

So I decided to list the briefcase on fleabay. I love it, but in reality, I'll probably never use it again. Here is the listing, and as some said, if I market it right, some rich yuppie might bite. I'd appreciate any marketing comments on the write up.
