Those would be tough to be accurate pulling up 4.29 ml though, halfway between marks. I don't know how accurate it has to be though. I bet I have 500 or 600 3 ml syringes in a closet at the house.

Unless someone has signed a written legal agreement in plain language to be tracked and stalked by Google...it should be considered cyber-stalking.

Suppose you have an underage daughter for example:
Someone hacks all her accounts.
Oh let's say Google hacks her accounts.
Legally.
Because they legally hack everyone's account. Right now.
They know who she talks to, and when, and everything she said.
They know where she is located at any time, and who she is with at any given moment of the day.
They have all the info.

They can remotely-activate her phone camera or her microphone.
They already know her daily habits.

They know when she is most alone and most vulnerable.

Look her up and anyone can track her.
They share that info.
Gleefully.
Everything should be public information except when it come to the fapenning.
Like some random wall-eyed naked street corner wanker wearing a rubber raincoat cross the street from a girls school.

Condoned by the street cop? Or the senator?
Yes!

This corporate stalking exception is still legal...somehow.

^^^^ I'm sure their legal department has all of that covered.

What are you agreeing to when you click that button setting up your new phone? Does anyone read it in its entirety before clicking accept?

maybe a digital pippetor would be more practical..

Thanks Craig, I just got one similar to these at CVS. I will try it out tomorrow and see how it works.

I just looked at the Cerakote web site and all they have is the original wide syringe that is marked off in .1ml increments. I've used it and didn't like it. I have liked the long narrow glass pipette, also in .1 increments so I may just get a bunch more of those.

What I would love is a graduate burette and may look into one of those.

More tomorrow. Have to do the mesh, rivets and bars for a 70 grille.

I will take you up on your offer Craig! Been working/having fun all weekend, used the $3 one from CVS a few times, it works great. Is it extremely accurate? No. But I think erring to the side of matte or gloss I am going for will work well and honestly, only important in doing black. Versions of magnesium are just grey and I also want to make them glossy as possible since they are standard matte-satin paint so I just push the catalyst in that direction.

Think I've got the right blacks for door handles and early grilles (screws are just for holding things in place until I can rivet one by one.

If you get a GMAIL account Google's agreement gives them the okay to read all of your incoming and outgoing emails. They do the same thing if you use the DNS servers. 8.8.8.8. They do the same thing with the Google search engine.

All in the name of better targeting your searches and selling better targeted advertising.

Have you thought about measuring by weight?

I recently got some touch up paint for my car and the girl in the shop went by a formula based on weight.
Worked well because it's almost a perfect match and she only mixed up 50ml. (1.7 oz)

HTF does that happen.

The first hit for graduated pipette is purple. Does that mean you have searched for graduated pipettes before?

Big thanks to Craig, got the box of syringes today, just time for doing some work this weekend.

Thank you Craig, you are definitely part of what makes this board so great!

Late to the game...

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007ZDHYTK/

We used them to dose medicine for small animals, they are scaled to 0.01ml, have a surprisingly large opening (easy to slurp up medicine, even slightly thick/sticky stuff) and the plunger has a finger that clears the tip for a full dose. As long as the catalyst is thinner than, say, snot it should work.

I might have some laying around still, but we last bought them in mid-2014, it's likely that they got tossed when the last pet died.

Honestly though, I would use a scale for your measurements, not some syringe. Get a 0.01g scale like the drug users have, and go to town.
We use this one for cheesemaking:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0012LOQUQ

Edit: If you thought that Google search metrics were messed up before, wait until you click on that scale link! Amazon will be pushing hydroponic stuff for weeks!

Who needs heroin when you have a 911?

Thanks again Craig!
