Okay, I just saw this on Etsy and had a great laugh!! Its a kick. I just had to post this. It would be interesting to see what's out there on humorous Porsche posters. Have at it.

South Florida dealer phone number. Apparently, they were not concerned if it offended anyone. I always associated the humor with Corvettes and big pick up trucks!

Area code 312 is now, and always has been Chicago.
When that ad was placed, it was the entire Greater Chicago Metro area, so it coulda been almost anywhere within a 50 mile circle.

We appreciated humor in Chicago

LOL, sure sounds dated.

There is nothing like it. Nothing.
As the intercooled, turbocharged engine spins past 3000 rpm, the raspy, throaty 282 hp flat six makes mechanical music unlike anything you've heard.
The surge of power that follows is simply astounding.
you are literally pressed back and held fast by the deep leather sport seats.
Like Al Holbert, Hans stuck and Derek Bell before you, you feel the breathtaking thrust of legendary performance.
This, after all, is the legendary motor that conquered Le Mans and Sebring more times than any other engine in automotive history.
This is the car that Car and Driver tested from 0 to 60 in 4.6 seconds, and in 13.1 seconds for the quarter mile.
Records still unbroken by any other production car in the world in the past 20 years.

The old ones made me cry...

Yes, it's true. Porsche was once a small family concern that made lightweight and simple air cooled cars that gave the driver a direct connection because there was no power brakes, no power steering, no drive by wire.
