I'm the kind of person who doesn't form permanent drinking habits, so I'd be a poor candidate for a keg, daily wine or anything like that. I get tired of flavored drinks before the supply is used up or anything to eat or drink on a daily basis for that matter. Years ago you could buy small beer keg type things in the liquor stores and grocery stores. They were about a gallon or two and stayed in the fridge. Seems to me that kind of thing would be safe on an occasional basis as far as avoiding weight gain.

I almost requested a pic of your setup, Matt, so thanks for posting it! Damn, that looks amazing. I often dream about having something like that, but have to admit, it might just be TOO easy. But, as others have said, I have turned into more than a bit of a draft beer snob. I can barely even drink the GREAT beer from a bottle anymore. ANY beer is just 10 times better on tap. Bring in the craft beers (which is all I drink), and it is even moreso.

Are you using soda kegs, or 1/8 barrels? How about a pic inside the cabinet?

Reminds me of the thought....what's better than having a keg in your kitchen? MATT having a keg in his kitchen, LOL!!
