New underwear craze

I haven't seen this posted before. I don't own any of these.

Most/all seem to be boxer-brief style, I believe. Comfyballs, Mypakage, Saxx, 2UNDR, and I'm sure there are more.

https://www.mypakage.com/

https://www.comfyballs.com/

https://2undr.com/us/

2undr has the "joey pouch". They have pretty good names for their models too, day shift, swing shift, gear shift.

'Comfyballs' Underwear Deemed Too Offensive For Men, But Not For Women | HuffPost

Mypakage has the best advertising.

There's also "Saxx"

I was showing a guy at work the other day the "teabagging" video for mypakage. He said something, and, I'm pretty sure, unintentionally said "cool beans". I lost it. I'm pretty sure that if we had some of these made cheap in China, we could name them "cool beans" and make a fortune.

That all seems a bit extravagant...

However, a few years ago someone told me to switch to Under Armour underwear. It says on the package, "the last brand of underwear you will ever buy".

They are not lying. It was revolutionary switching to the Boxerjocks. They wear like iron, are super comfortable even in the swampy summer, and are supportive enough. A bit of cost to build up a collection, but they last for years, none of mine show even the slightest wear.

I was raised in tighty-whities switched to boxer briefs when I grew up... somehow I got convinced it is healthier "set the boyz free" and switched to boxers...

I'm a little curious if the new boxer briefs with the new high tech fabrics might be the best of both worlds, but I suppose they are way more $$$ than than average under wear... and frankly I think only women should be allowed to drop $30-60 on underwear (yeah, I'm an old fart)

I like Silvertech and Duluth.

My boys (early 20's) wear Saxx.

I tried a few different brands of boxer-briefs years ago. I hated them all, they were hot and the legs bunched up uncomfortably. I recently tried some Hanro Boxer Briefs (short legs, not long) and they are awesome, but ridiculously expensive at about $50 a pop.

Tommy Johns are the bomb.

My wife bought me a couple pair for father's day last year. I've stocked up and chucked everything else. Most comfortable I've every worn, I like having the boyz spending their day in comfort! Probably average $35 ea on line, and worth it.

I typically don't wear underwear.

Maybe a pair a week

However, I do have specific brands / cuts to match the pants.

Jeans get boxer briefs, slacks get boxers.

It's important to match the tightness of the under garment to the outer garment to minimize choking hazards

I think those will be perfect to hold my huge pair of balls. I bet Trump uses them too.

Grew up wearing briefs. Switched to boxers when got older and briefs felt constricted. Quickly switched to roomier style boxer briefs after sitting on myself. Same reason commando is a no go for me. Typically boxers are roomier than briefs but still offer some control.

Some of these look good for freedom without letting you hurt yourself. Others with the actual pocket look like they would chafe like a g-string.

AND I am going to say it. These provide guidance so you grow up instead of out to one side or the other. A LOT more comfortable.

I have a few pairs of the "Saxx" boxer briefs.

They are OK but the webs feel like they are climbing up my ass sometimes....
Good support and the boys stay comfortably in place.

I was really curious. Today I received my order of 2UNDR with the joey pouch and ComfyBalls that don't have a pouch but are just another pair of boxer briefs with a great name.

I wasn't really expecting the joey pouch to be comfy or work well (but I could see how it might). Well, the boys just fell right into place. You don't have to futz around getting everything into place. They are very comfy at least for the working from home (mostly sitting at a desk) and walking the dogs.

Tomorrow I'll test the comfyballs, and then the next day I'll compare them to my previous favorite which is a Hanro brand boxer brief which is very comfy, but about twice the price of the other two (they are from Switzerland, and I guess made by watchmakers based on the price, but they are so comfy).

I saw some reviews that said that the Mypakage stuff wasn't made well, and with the name and advertising, I'm guessing they are marketed towards folks that aren't as concerned about quality as maybe image or something.

Comfyballs are from Norway, so I'm giving them a pass.

I still think that I should start a company selling these things by the name "CoolBeans".

I have been wearing Hanes and Jockeys for 34 years until I decided to get Flint and Tinder. Nothing special there other than being made in the US. I started working out and got UA Boxerjocks, but never wore them outside the gym.

Then I tried SAXX and thought they were better. I got some 2Xist which are ok, and then Tommy Johns which are comparable to SAXX. Maybe I will try Mackwheldon or some other brand here next.

much prefer cotton boxer briefs. tech fibers don't work well for that particular use...at least for me.
