Any Game of Throne Fans?

Season 7 ended with the antagonist (the Night King) having a resurrected dragon 'burn' down a wall thought to be unpenetrable. This guy raises the dead to fight for him and is of the undead himself.

I really don't see how to kill this guy (except from some special metal...maybe). There are lots and lots of plot here.

Whats your theory how Season 8 will shape up?

Valyrian steel and dragon glass (obsidian) are supposed to kill these guys. Valyrian steel is rare and only a few weapons remain but they are mining Dragonstone now for the obsidian.

My question is, who dived into the lake to attach the chains to the dead dragon?

Where did they get such a massive chain? Who made that? The weight alone was more then the dragon by many fold. Why not use jute? Also - I didn't think they swam. Why didn't the Night King just go into the water and resurrect the dragon with out the needed expense and energy to send his troops into the drink? The plot has holes.

I think Jon Snow is the guy that takes him down and when he does, all that he has brought back to life shall die as well including the dragon. Then again, the bearded Michael Moore hasn't been that predictable.

There maybe another force that intervenes but in doing so the Kingdom may have to pay homage .

How is Dany going to take to the news that John is next in line for the throne and not her?

Interesting. Ya, she doesn't seem to ever want to be second chair. She has the role of mother figure and seems that in earlier seasons was being prepped for Queen Mother Supreme of all the land.

Something mystical has to happen with the Night King - he was made through a spell and dragonglass so I'm thinking something else has to stop him - as stated, he has to have a weakness or what the heck is that point ?

Next season won't start for at least a year or so - so says the rumors! The story lines on HBO don't follow the books. I wonder if the author isn't tired of the line and just wants to end it.

I think TABS would like the show if he gave it a chance. He seems to be the Dungeons and Dragons type. Then again, he may feel it was a frivolous waste of time (unless Charlie Rose watched it, then the attitude would be different.)
