Disaster in PR....
The devil is in the details as the saying goes....
How to help when the lack of truck drivers is the bottleneck for distribution of aid etc.? I've lost contact over the years with former coworkers who I talked with regularly....sad situatuon for some great folks imo... |

I was in PR and the VI after Hugo in 1989. PR wasn't hit too bad, like Irma. St. Croix took a direct hit. No distribution system left. That is Puerto Rico.

Trucks are no help if the roads aren't open. I spent a lot of time in the interior town of Cidra. The roads up there were narrow and lots of trees of course.
