True but a long exposure could reveal something neat.

Anyone lucky enough to catch the alleged lunar surface impact? Have seen a bunch of stuff on line, however they seem to all look a little different. Just don’t believe anything anymore and was kinda hoping to see if any of you saw it.

Cheers

I now have a logo and a product launch...

It's a $50 shipped kit with enough specialty items to properly clean the optics of 2 smaller scopes or one big scope. Proper soap, water, wipes, gloves, and a link to a video showing exactly how to use each item in the kit.

Most people are scared to death of cleaning their optics, and then they go and use cotton balls and Dawn soap because getting the right stuff is too complex and too expensive.

So we aren't supposed to "hawk tua, spit on that thang" to clean it? It's been working fine for my scope and Televue EPs.

Nice logo! Good luck on the product launch!

What kinda shop do you think I am, one capable of online retail? No! I'm the kinda shop that barely knows how to maintain my super basic website as it is!

email me at sales@AxisSquared.com

It's a soft launch, I need a few more days to get everything in place before I can ship my first box out.

Thanks,
After 24 hours of print, it’s finished. Now I am making a base. It came out pretty good.

It’s about the size of a basketball.

Just finished up the base, and I need to fit a LED socket and bulb. I am using a flashlight to illuminate it.

I got an invite to ranch out near Steens Mtn in Oregon this coming weekend. Gonna head out and do some long overdue astro photography. Looks like the skies are going to great. Hope to come back with some good shots.

Well hanging out at Roaring Springs ranch over the weekend was a blast. My friend Lynn captured this shot of me getting ready to image the Elephant trunk nebula from about 7000 ft elevation on Steens Mountain.

Here is the resulting image of 2.6 hours of exposure...

Lynn was at the Ranch doing research and photography for an upcoming book about the ranch and area. He captured these German cowgirls and got lucky with an owl flying through the scene. He said it just about landed on the girls head, lol.

Real Buckaroos from Germany hired on. There was also a Swedish gal there but not in this pic. They are the Ranch horse trainers. These gals are the real deal.

Very cool. It's a shame the "I woke up to this" photo wasn't one of the hired hands, German, Swedish, whatever...
