Audi Burlington Ma.
I know that there have been many threads trashing dealerships and the service they provide but I wanted to share an experience that I had with the Audi Dealership in Burlington Ma.
My in laws live just outside Boston and needed a new vehicle for my mother in law as the old Saab was becoming problematic. They were very happy dealing with a young woman who was their sales representative and had commented on how it was the best automotive purchasing experience they had ever had. Sadly after only one week of ownership, my mother in law had suffered a traumatic hemorrhagic stroke that claimed her life within days. My father in law couldn’t even look at the car they had purchased together and was reduced to tears every time they drove past the dealership on the way to the care centre that was attending to his wife’s needs. I had contacted the management of the dealership and explained what had happened and asked them about them potentially taking the vehicle back. Within a few hours I had an email back from the financial manger stating that they would take the vehicle back and refund my father in law 100% of the purchase price of the vehicle, the cost of the extended warranty, wheel/tire coverage and minor dent protection. They were also so kind as to provide the forms for applying for the sales tax rebate. My wife and I drove the car back to the dealership last Monday and had a chance to meet the salesperson and the management team. Class act all the way. My thanks to them for making a very difficult time for my wife and her family a little bit easier.

A tip of my hat to them! A shame they are such an exception, though.

One of the great things about this Audi dealership is that it is also a Porsche dealer!
We were able to walk around and look at some very nice cars and SUVs. Was nice distraction to the sadness that the previous week brought. The Q3 was a nice little SUV to drive! After a while I was hoping the dealership was further away than it was...

Great story except for the part where you didn't let me know you were 20 minutes away so I could take you to lunch!
![]() Passed the dealership last night on my way home from awesome Korean BBQ. Nice to know about them.

Write a letter that they can post on a bulletin board in the waiting area (many dealerships have them). Keep the names anonymous. They will appreciate the gesture and it is a small way you can say “Thank you”.
