Ducks had a bad season last year, Scott - so they are not ranked in the top 25 to start the season.

To be honest, I don't know what to expect this season from Oregon. I don't stay up to speed with the Pac 10 as much as I do the SEC.

Well, they should just hand the national title to any SEC team...a name drawn at random. That way we could avoid the months of televised games.

Not that I'd ever go to a game, but UF has been advertising "2 fer" tickets - one conference game, one non-conference, for $65 or so...

If anyone wants to go to a game, I'll offer up mom's place for Porsche friendly parking just 15 minute wander up to the stadium. With fishing before/after.

At 5yrs old, I heard the roars, wow, just wow! What an offer id10t. It would be really cool if you can get the Vandy tickets. I'd like to send my parents. They are Vandy grads, but my mother was raised, in house my grandfather built, at 2116 NW 7th Lane.

I agree...but watch the games anyways

Clemson & the Criminoles are misfits in "that basketball conference".... they get a pass though...

But the SEC is, year in, year out, is just a powerhouse when it comes to pigs & skins and such imo...put some other great programs on their schedule week-to-week, and it would be obvious

Can't wait! I'm pretty excited for the prospects of Kansas State in the Big 12 this year. I suspect that OU has some struggles with a new coaching staff, though OSU is supposed to be very good. Should be an exciting season!

LOT of new QB's this season for many top programs.....not to mention changes in coaching staffs. For that reason....I think we're ripe for some massive mixed results in the pecking order.....we'll see what happens but I think this is going to be a very interesting season...unlike many we have seen in the past.

Also, I don't see the SEC domination as has been mentioned. They lost to an ACC team in the national championship.....that's not domination.

I think the title is up for grabs this year.....Bama should be the favourite but I wouldn't rule out tOSU to be right there with them.

Going to be fun to see how it all plays out.....

Oh, I'm not getting any tickets. I only care about 1) Is it a home game and 2) What time is kickoff so I can avoid traffic if I have to go into town.
