I have trays now. She doesn't like having to pull out a tray and support it while looking for the 14th jar of marmalade. Also the trays, it turns out, block airflow from the top where the condensor is to the bottom. So my fridge's internal temp is uneven. I'm going to use perforated sheet for that reason.

Put a small fan in the fridge. I bought a small DC driven desk fan and put it in my Keezer to circulate air and keep temps even. Mine runs all the time but I primarily do that to keep moisture levels down as I'm using a freezer as a kegorator.
