Some surnames should be changed...

... and why do they choose to keep them?

I know a lady who married a guy with the surname "Grogan" and took his surname!

"Shatner" Sorry but that one makes me laugh every time I hear it.

Two brothers. Wayne and Joe, surname "King". What were their parents thinking?

And lastly... I know a lady who has the surname S.H.I.T.M.A.N. as she's a cop! "Senior Sargent S.H.I.T.M.A.N." :p

I had a knew a young oriental lady decades ago who's first name was Sue - don't remember her last name now. She mentioned one day that it wasn't her original name. I finally got her to admit her original name - Bum Yuk-Suk.

One of my friends has the last name Slutner. As a guy that is tough in high school. His sister had it rough.

I photographed the wedding for a couple. Her first name was Rhoda. Her new husband's name was Rooter. Really! She started using her middle name and her name.

Surnames..
it gets really sad / comical with first names
the Lady does birth registry among other things..
the crew that handles this are under strict instructions..
just smile, don't laugh..
and just ask..just how would you like to spell that..
often meet with some blank look as they have no clue..
they heard it, saw it, it sounds French..
