Sounds like you've completed the design/build phase and you've entered the interior designer/furnishing phase. Did I miss how you finished the floor, Epoxy or paint?

Hey Paul good to hear from you . To answer your question I didn't do a floor finish other than spraying a curing sealer after the concrete was poured . In my last garage I went whole hog and put down white/black vinyl tiles for a checkered flag pattern . Looked great but a pain in the a$$ to keep looking nice . On this garage I decided early on that I was just going to leave the raw concrete for easy of maintenance . Plus I didn't want to spend the $$$ :D . The concrete is super smooth so for the occasional spills/leaks clean up shouldn't be too bad .

After I'm done building I'm planning on renting a floor sander and cleaning up the floor finish that is up close to my curb. I'll probably paint it a light color grey, but just paint not a "flooring system" that will peel up, chip, etc. Keep it simple.
