sub$500 AR10 @ psa

OK spoon folk - NOW is the time to buy cheap and stack deep.

Just got my daily mail from palmetto state armory, complete AR10 type lower for $160, complete upper for $300.

Just picked up today a complete AR15 lower designed to use Glock mags so I can build a 9mm carbine... $190 to my dealer, $215 out the door.

Got a complete AR15 2 weeks ago for $500.

I've seen deals from PSA that are crazy. Springfield 9mm at normal price. With the extra mags SA is including as a special. And a Glock mag AR lower, and 2 5.56/multi lowers.

According to the last decade of capitalism each round of .22lr should be about $5.00/per.
Has normality actually prevailed?

I need a double stack 1911 in .40 cal. Well, really a Hi-Power in .40 S&W. I am looking to "pair down", but mostly I'm looking to reduce the ammo types I stock.

I have a number of guns chambered for different calibers/cartridges and intend to keep them. Why? In case of the zombie apocolypse, you don't know what ammo will be available! Would it be .22rf, 38 Special, 357 Mag, 44 Special, 44 Mag, 9mm, 45 ACP, 38 Super, 32-20, 12 GA, 20 GA, 28 GA, etc!

I have a double stack 1911 and hate how it feels in my hand.
I guess I need bigger hands?

If you want double stack goodness in a steel pistol, try a CZ97b or clone thereof.

I don't know if ParaOrdnance makes one in .40, but they makes lots of double stack 1911s.

My buddy showed me a 22 LR conversion kit for the AR, very nifty, would make for some very cheap practicing.

Para is gone. Freedom Group bought them, killed them off, and is marketing some of the models (not the interesting ones, like the LDA) as Remington pistols.

The pistols CDNN are selling are leftover from years ago.

I know that. I should have made it "made one in .40." I just can't remember. I see plenty of Paras for sale in the local stores too. I loved my P12.

The ones made in Canada were great guns, and the double-stack 1911s and LDA were very cool innovations. I had a P14 that was great. I honestly don't remember why I sold it but I regret letting it go. When they started the move to NC it went downhill and never recovered. They slogged along for a while and then were gutted by Freedom. Very sad.

Well, that was my original plan...but...

22 ARs are cheap enough, but I do have a converse for my 45 Sig
