I cant imagine, when my daughter skins her knee, it feels like somebody hit me in the face with a frying pan. Life can be cruel, nobody should have to deal with what you are going through, and I wish you the best getting through it. Try to focus on positive things and cherish every moment together you can

So sorry Gary, my wife and I were talking about you guys last night, and we both feel horrible for you.
3 years ago, I was standing in your shoes, going into the x mas season, knowing that my daughter was not going to make it . I have an idea of where you are at, and how hard this is. I x mas shopped for my daughter ,knowing that she was dying . I remember standing in line at the mall, buying a little dollie for her, and I just lost my stuff right there in line. I was sobbing, and could not catch my breath. Im sure I scared some people near me .
I remember your posts from last x mas, about you being hopeful she would come home. It is all so heartbreaking
All I can say, is stay strong for your daughter, and your wife, and other children if you have .
I 've read every post you ever made about your daughter, and prayed for you guys the whole way.
If you ever need to talk, not sure if I can, help, but feel free to contact me. I spoke with some other parents who went through this, and it was somewhat helpful in understanding all the emotions one has to deal with in this situation

This is some tough news. I've been following and hoping for Elissa's recovery for a while now and I don't even know what to say except that my thoughts are with your family.

Her fight is / has been incredibly inspirational...It's not much, but I wanted you to know that.
