So it's possible she was on her cell phone and the accident was due to distracted driver.

We don't know and I'm not accusing her of anything.

The number of (mostly female) drivers I see....every day.....on there cell phones while (trying to) drive....and law enforcement will not do anything about it...nor will the mainstream media.
