Nice pics of your family outing Tim, big smiles all around.
It sure is spacious in your boat, especially with the bow lounge, great for lots of friends and family.
Good reward for your work!

Cheers Richard

I just lowered my current bimini as it was way too high. I now have about 4" of clearance when I walk under the front bow. My tower someday will be similar. I hate the extremely tall towers and will never have any wakeboarders who will care that it is not so tall.

Agreed, they look goofy unless you have a really big boat.

Did a quicky restoration of my 40+ year old water skis I learned to ski on back in the day. My 5 year old grandson is starting to get the hang of it. Boat was in the water for 7 days on our trip to a rented lake house in Indiana a couple weeks ago and it performed flawlessly without even a drop of water in the bilge. The swim platform was a big hit with every one and was used often.

Finally got around to adding a foam pad to the swim deck.... I really like it as I had slipped and fell a couple of times on the slippery "Starboard" plastic material last summer. Bought the pad last summer on Ebay... It went on nicely and seems to be well adhered. It has great traction.

Will be at Lake James in a rented house again for family vacation next week... Boat needs to be buffed and waxed again....ugh

That swim platform is great. Time on the lake is so relaxing.

Boat performed well again last week at Lake James for our family vacation. New foam fake teak pad on the swim platform was a welcome feature. Spent 7 days there at a rented house with dock space for both my Larson and daughter's "new" used Glastron. Bought a swim mat for the grandkids and they really enjoyed it at the sandbar every day. Only issue was that my wife hit something and broke my prop one day. Luckily I had a spare with me so no big deal changing it out at the sandbar.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1566433342.jpg

You must be happy to hold her.

Tim I did the exact same thing on my swim platform and walkthrough with teak look Seadek, worth every penny.

53 hell, I got underwear older than that!
Well they aren't really underwear anymore, mostly just the elastic bands with some material hanging down. Kinda like hula skirts. But they're still good .......
uh oh TMI, never mind. Nice boat.

PS that's cool how yer toupee stays on in the water, I'd never have the guts to try that. ;)

sammyg2 08-22-2019 12:48 PM

BTW I prolly ripped that off from some comedian, you can get away with that when you get a little older.

Nice boat

That pic was 20 lbs ago pre covid... I am back on my 1200-1500 calorie diet again now so hopefully by boating season I won't be a fatso again. Lol.

Trying to stay as young/fit as possible for as long as I can but it is tougher at 54 than it was at 50.

Tim, if you ever want to sell any of your toys, tools, vehicles, etc., just let us know. A used boat from Tim Hancock is like buying a new one, only it'd be cheaper and higher quality. We tip our collective hat, Sir.
