They went 10 straight years without winning the Super Bowl .... TEN!
They're last 2 SB were gifted to them by inept coaches. Looking back, I'm elated they will never have completed the 'perfect season.' Thank you Giants...lol

F' Brady and his neurotic coaches! I only wish Andre Waters was alive and still playing for the Eagles...

M21 Sniper - this is ONE time I'll be rooting for your team.

Yes, that hit on Gronkowski was clean.

There were a number of no calls on the Patriots that killed Jax drives.

The fumble after the double pass play by the Patriots that was deemed not to be a fumble.

I don't blame the NFL, they went with the better story.

Patriots?

Stop whining about the refs and get some Vagisil. Beat them at their game: a buttoned-up, team oriented, no talk, just play approach. Exploit the rules, welcome change and adjust.

17 years.

I'm with you, Paul! Dad was born/raised in San Francisco, so I've been a lifelong '9ers/Giants fan...unfortunately, the '9ers haven't been much to talk about for quite some time now. Lived in Boston from '01-'05, became a Pats fan at that point because they're one of the few teams that plays the game as it's meant to be played...as a TEAM.

And prolly the biggest reason i am a Patriots fan is because the patriots don't put up with the criminals as much as the rest of the league does. Belechick and Brady say no show-boating, no end zone shenanigans, and the patriots fine players who don't listen.

They also trade trouble-makers at the drop of a hat, Randy Moss and "penitentiary" Blount for examples.

What 'dynasty' doesn't win a Championship in 10 years?

Guys, keep drinking the B&B Kool Aide... it's good for ya!

I hope they get whallopped by the Eagles. Thugs huh, how about that POS James Harrison....? Mr Late/Dirty Hit himself....? Hope he heads to the tunnel in tears as the green confetti falls on him.

The Patriots dynasty. I thought we have established that fact.

Brady has been honored with four Super Bowl MVP awards (Super Bowl XXXVI, XXXVIII, XLIX, and LI), the most ever by a single player, has won two league MVP awards (2007 and 2010), has been selected to 13 Pro Bowls, and has led his team to more division titles (15) than any other quarterback in NFL history.

As of the end of the 2017 regular season, Brady is fourth all-time in career passing yards, tied for third (with Drew Brees) in career touchdown passes[3], and third in career passer rating.

His career postseason record is 27–9, winning more playoff games than any other quarterback, and he has appeared in more playoff games than any player at any position.

Brady has never had a losing season as a starting quarterback in the NFL.

His combined regular-season and postseason wins are also the most of any quarterback in NFL history.

Because of his accomplishments and accolades, many analysts and sportswriters consider Brady to be among the greatest quarterbacks of all time.

edit: just saw you edit LOL!

Well as the edit shows, they are more disciplined.

Jacksonville had the 4th most penalties in the league.

Pats, 25th, only 7 teams had less.

Damn Toby....go back and reread my original post, and the quote directly above it that I was replying too....

I was only stating that the refs didn't bail out Brady on those long PI calls down the field...no mas :)

Hell even my best friend in Jax ain't cryin' about the refs now...like he was last Sat....
I used to live in Jax....they WERE the better team on Sun., but the better team on any given day doesn't always win....like Brady and the Pats do. That's why Brady has more SB rings than any other QB....he and Montana just "will" their team to victories...defines the intangible greatness they both possessed.

Like I told my Jax buddy....game winding down, ahead by 3, ball in Brady's hand....

It was over :)

Winner Winner! Yes sir! Did you see the Jax lineman drive the Pats offensive lineman into the turf, and was called for holding? Of course, he's holding him after plowing him into the ground, and not giving the chance to get back up to protect Brady.

Another ref miscue. In the NFC game, 8:03, 4th qtr. Pass caught for a 1st by Minn, receiver ran OB, clock never stopped. The officiating is getting pretty bad in the NFL.

KFC911 01-22-2018 09:21 PM

Don't they use "all star refs" for these games? Not disputing anything, but I've never thought that a good idea....jmo. A real "team" that is a cohesive unit is better than putting all-stars together for one day imo...not saying it mattered here....

My brother is a coach at the Woodlands north of Houston. Amendola went to hs there. Comes back several times a year and interacts with the players. Very laid back down to earth guy. One of many of Brady’s go to guys over the years.
