Over the years I've bumped into numerous people here who I either knew personally or peripherally through shared acquaintances. A while back I noticed on Shauns FB page a friend of his, Lewis, who shares my wifes maiden name. It's a very unique name. The likelihood of duplicate gmail addresses is on par with finding a living T-Rex in Hoboken it's that unique. So naturally I friended him. Turns out he is related to my wife. Her grandfathers brothers line. As I've posted in the past my daughter is off to college next year. Tulaine is in her top 3 for preferred schools and she has been accepted. A while back my mother in law told my wife "one of the cousins is gong to Tulaine, you should get in touch with him" So my wife friends the kid, Jake, on FB and is sitting here tonight chatting with him via IM. So I tell her, "ask him if he knows a Lewis who drives a Porsche" Jake replies, he's my Uncle. Small weird world we occupy.

That is why we should all be on best behavior. In Oregon, it is really one degree of separation among people who have lived here a while. | ||
