Any Samsung Galaxy S7 users experiencing a lot of problems lately?

My kids have Galaxy S7's and all three are complaining about them glitching. Seem they're freezing up a lot which is requiring a reboot and having troubles running different apps. Each has tried a reset but that doesn't appear to help. We're on Verizon and they're slow about pushing updates. Anyone else have a S7 giving them grief?
I use an old S5 and have no issues with it but I'm not watching videos or using a lot of social media apps.

Subscribed.

My son and I are still running iPhone 5S - barely. Latest Apple updates cause crashing and core functions (bluetooth/text/calls) are hit or miss. My wife has iPhone 6+ and has similar, though not as horrible, problems.

I was thinking of abandoning iPhone for a S7/8 or new Google Pixel/2.

Mine was took it to the Sprint store they did a factory reboot on it and put a new battery in it since my battery was all under warranty. No issues since

My Galaxy S7 has been flawless for almost two years. About two weeks ago I suddenly was only getting a couple hours out of the battery life. I backed up to the cloud and did a reset. Every things back to normal and running perfect.

Took about 30 minutes of work to get it back the pre-reset formats and functions, but no big deal.

I'm on Verizon and my S7 Edge has been fine. Git it about Oct. 2016 after replacing 2 Note 7s. lol I don't watch vids or do social media, either. Maybe that's the problem.
