i've been hearing rumblings in hunting circles how wild mustangs are over-running the west. i had a buddy apply to participate on some native american reservation culling..i cant remember the number, but they are targeting a lot!! there is a reservation in NM letting people take (reservation members only) one for $30 fee.

quick google..yup. plenty of articles. it's a big problem.

i also never knew it was not legal to butcher and eat horses here in the USA. i dont live near any of these areas, but i have seen some pretty big herds in Nevada.

it isnt just wild hogs anymore.

They need to do a Cars and Coffee on the reservations near the herds. A number of them will run into each other, trees and rocks.....

So typical of DC to decide a non native invasive species will contribute to the diversity of life forms within the Nation and enrich the lives of the American people. Most people like bunnies. But not in the millions.
