Wow, that's a big ask with just the pics provided.

What size is that?
Are you sure it's a rear brake light and not a rear side maker light like the image below? Taters Scout II build - Page 2 - Pirate4x4.Com : 4x4 and Off-Road Forum  EDIT: I just read down, looks like that's it. Quote:

I'll confess to originally using that old fashioned search method...memories. Remembered Packard lights being squareish.
