Isle of Dogs
Fantastic! But very different from his other amazing works like Moonrise Kingdom, Fantastic Mr. Fox and Grand Budapest Hotel. Less cute and clever and more deadpan but very entertaining nonetheless.

I loved Grand Budapest.
Great flick. Just finally caught up with Shape of Water. Guillermo is one odd dude but lots I loved about it.

I also liked Fantastic Mr. Fox and Grand Budapest Hotel.
I have seen trailers for Isle of dogs and I would love to see it. But will probable have to see it on my own as it is a little too esoteric (i.e. weird) for my wife. I wonder if it will come out on netflix? Bill Murray is one of the voices.

Dry humor makes a lot of people pretty uncomfortable. Perfect.

So in our local theaters the trailer for this played before the kids movies. My kids wrinkled up their noses at it. I think partially due to the animation style and partially due to the dialog. Is it a kids
movie? |

It's not a kid's movie at all.

I've been hearing about this flick.
No spoilers, please. Yoko is quite enough, thank you. |
