Another Dodge Dakota issue
I washed off my engine a couple days ago with a low pressure sprayer like I have many times before. This time the truck refused to start when it came time to leave the wash bay. I've never had a problem doing this in the past. I assumed I had shorted out the ecu and got a replacement but it still won't start. I can get power to the fuel pump relay but I don't hear the pump running as I normally could. My question is if I jump the appropriate leads at the relay should I be able to energize the pump and if not is it safe to conclude my pump has failed?
