Are these bullet holes ?

I remember shooting up junk cars when we were kids, a .22 makes a decent sized hole in a door panel, or quarter . These look like maybe they are from a 9mm?
My ex girlfriends daughter's car, right in the lower part of the door, looks like someone was shooting at it while she was driving away. She's not telling mom any details. Has no idea how it happened. I think she runs with bad company . Id be worried if it were my kid .

No, I do not see an exit hole on that one, you would think it would have come out right through the door panel, but I see nothing. On the lower one, it did go through the door, and into the body of the car.

Gotta pull door panel.

That top one could have been a ricochet ankle biter.

Sure looks like it to me, at least for flimsy car body metal.

Very low angle on those shots. Maybe the shooter was on the ground?

Yup, pull the panel and I bet you find the slug(s).
Looks like a bigger/slower round than 9mm to me (.45, etc.).

They do look like bullet holes to me. I've shot up plenty of junk cars in the woods.

Maybe the shooter aimed low on purpose?

Hit the door twice.

Been there

Looks like those holes have been there for a while, long enough to get that rusty. Are you sure the car didn't come that way?

How about this

1) front hole is perpendicular to shooter
2) back hole is driving away

Car was up high from shooter to get the angle - As in driving up a curved driveway?

Rust like that can form in just a few hours if the protective layers are not there and combined with salt water.
