Parking lot light in garage
Can an LED parking lot light like this one be wired with a 110V plug so you can use it in your garage?

There are LED shop lights that are plenty bright already wired for 110V.
There are also overhead LED lights readily available in 110V. 40,000 lumens would be super bright up close. We installed 30,000 lumen overhead lights in our high bay shop, they're 65' feet off the floor and very bright. The shop lights we installed are 5,000 K which I thought might be too white so we did a test run of 12 fixtures and the color was good for machining.

Anything can be done but man those you listed are pricey . I purchased last year sixteen 4 ' LED fixtures from Ebay for 120.00 shipped to my door . I have not installed them yet as I haven't installed the ceiling yet in my man cave , but I have plugged all the fixtures in . They are very bright 5000 K white and will use very little electric .

David hit on a good point, you have to pay attention to the install height. Most of those lights require a high ceiling to get a good spread of lighting on the floor. Mount them too low and you get one hell of a spotlight. Something to research before you pull the trigger. For a 10-12' ceiling I think it's pretty hard to beat a double 8' strip light with reflector, and they are a LOT cheaper even in LED form.

Last time I put a parking lot light in a garage (metal halide) there was gardening involved.
Light was so bright that glow in the dark stickers were glowing, as was some things that normally only glow when hit with a blacklight (liquid tide, etc) |

I have a 300w equivalent in the spot lights in the driveway. No way I would put those in a 8-10 foot ceiling.
We have the 6300 lumen 5000k LED fixtures in the drop ceiling in the basement and I can't imagine going brighter there. The garage has 150w eq bulbs and they are plenty in the small 24x24 space there and we put all the lights in for less than one of the parking lot lights you listed. Cree makes some very good lighting.

I think somebody is planning to grow some weed in the garage.

I should clarify, I would use these for my storage barn. Only 12+ feet wide but 60 feet long with a 14 foot peak. I have been using a few 9000W halogens mounted in the peaks but the bulbs burn out quickly and it's a pain getting the big ladder out... I bought 2 3500W LEDs from Home Depot, $50 each, not even close to bright enough. So I'm looking for alternatives. My sense is 2 of these, one at either end or one in the front and one in the middle both facing back would be great. And I may not need the entire 40K lumens, there are smaller versions available.
