				Trouble in River City

yes, keep yer kids out of pool halls...they actually play for money. We know how bad gambling is...but kind of fun to see the stakes being counted at the beginning of this one. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JKWsf4QeK8

Mothers of River City, heed that warning before it's too late! Watch for the telltale signs of corruption! The minute your son leaves the house, does he rebuckle his knickerbockers below the knee? Is there a nicotine stain on his index finger? A dime-novel hidden in the corncrib? Is he starting to memorize jokes from Captain Billy's Whiz-Bang? Are certain words creeping into his conversation? Words like "swell" and "so's your old man"? If so my friends, ya got trouble! and the rhymes with P and that stands for Pool Hall.

Tabby, there's a relatively new hall opened up in your town, called "Griff's". Owner Mark Griffen. Probably a hangout for some of your area's better players. If you go there, enjoy..but keep your mouth shut & eyes open...especially if a money game going on. Okay to talk with those watching, ask questions. But NEVER bother someone playing.
