Can anyone translate handwritten Japanese from 1951?

I've got an uncle that's got a terminal issue. He's been going through a bunch of his old stuff and found a letter that he has that was his brothers. He's wondering if I know anyone that can translate it.

It was a letter from someone in Japan to his brother in 1951. I was able to tweak the scans that my aunt sent to make it a bit more readable, but she says the paper is old and yellow and the ink isn't very dark in spots.

Now I know how it must feel to be illiterate. Sorry I can't help, but wow. That says something to someone.

The top says "I Love"
and it's got "Micky" on the bottom of the last page

The envelope (not posted) has the to and from in our alphabet. It looks like the first name is "Iko" but I suspect the scan didn't pick up an "M" so possibly Miko, hence the Micky.

I've got a bunch of friends that are Japanese and live in Japan. I'm sure one of them could.

One of them is looking at it now. She may need a day or two.

It says "around 1990, Japanese people will teach Porsche how to build automobiles. You will LOVE it".
